Youth Classes

Create a bowl as unique as you and your little one! Using your hands as templates, participants will be cutting out, carving, and shaping bowls using basic clay hand building techniques. Bowls will then be fired and require the Glazing Class to be complete.

Let the creativity flow like the paint that is being poured! In this class, budding artists and their caregivers will be creating marbled pieces of art by adding paint swirls and lines to canvas.

Pretend your eyes are the camera viewing your world–first from your eye level, then refocus at “worm-level.” Special grid paper helps you look at your design from different angles using two principles of one-point and two-point perspectives. Andrea Czarnik, Artist/Instructor.
