Shiawassee Arts Center 27th Annual Member Artists Exhibit

The Shiawassee Arts Center presents the 27th Annual Member Artists Show May 14 – July 7, 2024. The show, which is sponsored by Joy Welty, features the multi-media work of over 80 mid-Michigan artists from as far away as Ann Arbor, Dearborn and Roscommon. 

The opening reception, which is open and free to the public Saturday May 18, 4-6pm, will include the presentation of $500 in awards by juror, artist and instructor Armin Mersmann of Midland.

The Shiawassee Arts Center, located in Curwood Castle Park in Owosso, is open and free to the public Monday through Friday 10am-5pm, weekends 12-3pm. The Arts Center features the artwork of local and statewide artists in nine galleries including the Frieseke Gallery and a specialty Gift Shop. SAC, which is celebrating its 52nd anniversary, is a non-profit organization whose mission is to educate, entertain and enrich the quality of life in our community.
