Checks must be received no later than 5 pm on Friday, October 23, 2020. A late fee of $10 will be added for applications submitted and/or received after this time. Your online submission is not valid until payment is received. Eligibility

– Open to all artists 18 years and older in all media
– Each artist may submit up to 5-7 small to medium size wall pieces or 10-12 3D pieces (pottery, jewelry, fiber art. etc.)
– Entree Fee is $20 or 2 hours of volunteer time
– All artwork must be original and of the artist’s own creation.
– All artwork must have been completed after 2017 and not previously exhibited at SAC

  • Friday October 30:  Jury Acceptance Notification (by email)
  • Sunday November 8:  Artwork Check-in 1-4pm
  • Monday November 9:   Artwork Check-in 10am-5pm
  • Saturday November 14:  SAC Members Opening Reception 6-8pm
  • Sunday November 15:  Public Opening Reception 1-3pm
  • Saturday December 31:   Show closes
  • Monday January 4- Sunday January 10:  Artwork pick-up 12-4pm
Accepted Work Guidelines

– All artwork 2-D artwork must be framed and ready for hanging with wire securely affixed to the back. Stretched canvas edges should be painted and finished. All work MUST be labeled clearly on the back with name of artist, title of the piece, date, medium, and price.
– Please take into consideration that space (especially for 2-D work)could be limited due to the number of exhibiting artists, size and number of pieces entered. SAC reserves the right to final curatorial, installation decisions.
– SAC will assume the privilege of photographing or using images of accepted work for the purpose of marketing the event in professionally printed posters and postcards, newsletter, website, local press releases, newspaper, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.

Submission Guidelines

All Participating SAC member Artsits

2020 SAC Featured or Consignment Artists are exempt from jury if presenting in the same medium but still must submit the online application form with with entry fee
_ NEW Artists: please submit application form with entry fee and three photos of your work for review and acceptance.  You will be notified by email before 5pm Friday, October 30 if your work is accepted
– All Holiday Show artists, please submit jpeg of your piece for inclusion in our new online store
– To expedite check-in PLEASE fill out Inventory Sheet and have Artwork Tags on the back of your piece prior to check-in
– Thank You

Entry Fee

– $20 (for checks, please make payable to “SAC”)

Commission Rate

– All artwork must be for sale and artist must determine their own prices.
– SAC will retain a commission of 35% for all SAC Members, 50% for non-members
– The cost of an Artist Membership for one year is $40.

Late Fee for submissions after 10/23

A late fee of $10 will be added for applications submitted and/or received after 5 pm on Friday, October 23.
